CUSTOMS POLICY

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery.

These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order for any reason, your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once an order has been processed and leaves our facility, the order can no longer be cancelled.

 LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. Locating the package is the recipient's responsibility. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.  

We ask that you select a secure delivery address, and preferably one where someone is able to receive your package directly.

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to locate their package if they have entered an incorrect shipping address.

Please note that if your items are returned to us, you will be responsible for a RTS fee and any reshipment costs.

If you no longer wish to have the order reshipped, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping charges and RTS fees.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Please order before 12pm on December 15th to receive your order in time for the holidays.

EXTENDED RETURNS

We’ve extended our return policy over the festive period, offering more flexibility for all online purchases (not including sale merchandise).

Holiday gifts purchased between December 5th and December 25th can be returned until end of day January 10th, 2024.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

You may return full priced items for a refund postmarked within 21 days of your order date.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

any items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported.

Sale items and free gifts cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order and return your current full priced item for a refund.

GREACA is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.

RECEIVE A REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.
